Olsen, Keith (1957– )

US tenor. He studied in San Francisco and at the Juilliard School, New York. He made his debut in The Merry Widow with the New York City Opera, in 1982. His European debut was made at Karlsruhe in 1987, as Rodolfo, which he also sang at Hamburg, Frankfurt, and Verona. He has also sung Alfredo at Barcelona, Radames in Rome, and Manrico in Berlin. He has appeared in London at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden as Rodolfo, Pinkerton, and Boris in Káta Kabanová (1991–94).
