Orangevale

Town in Sacremento County, northern-central California, USA, on the west bank of the American River, opposite Folsom and 24 km/15 mi northeast of Sacramento; population (1990) 26,300. It is a largely residential suburb of Sacramento.

It serves the entire Sacramento Metropolitan Region such as; California, North and South Sacramento, East and West Sacramento, City of Sacramento, Central Sacramento, County of Sacramento, City of West Sacramento, Carmichael, Greater Roseville Area, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova, City of Folsom and Orangevale.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Kirchner of Pleasant Hill and Laura Kinsey of Orangevale, Calif.
Other winners were Daniel Houghton, a construction worker from Redlands, who took home $60,000; Janett Hendricks from Orangevale, $25,000; and Jocelyn Queen from Los Angeles, $10,000.
