Orto, Marbrianus de (c. 1460–1529)

Flemish singer and composer. He changed his name when he went to Rome, where he was a singer in the papal chapel 1484–94, with Josquin Desprez. Early in the 16th century he became chaplain and singer at the court of Philip the Fair of Burgundy.
