Owen Falls

Waterfall in Uganda on the White Nile, 4 km/2.5 mi below the point at which the river leaves Lake Victoria. A dam, built 1949–54, provides hydroelectricity for Uganda and Kenya and helps to control the flood waters. The dam acts as a road bridge for the main Jinja–Kampala road.

The Owen falls dam for instance where hydo electric power station is built, and that supply the country with electricity - situated right beside Jinja town - is falling apart because of ware and tears.
And with the biggest bulk of Uganda's power generated at the Owen Falls Dam, also on the Nile, less water has meant less power generation at the same time as increasing demand.
