Ozbek, (Ibrahim Mehmet) Rifat (1953– )

Turkish fashion designer. His opulent clothing is often inspired by different ethnic groups. He showed his first collection in London in 1984, changed direction in 1990 with a collection that was entirely white, and began showing designs in Milan in 1991, with a collection inspired by American Indian dress.
