PDF

In computing, file format created by Adobe's Acrobat system that retains the entire content of an electronic document (including layouts, graphics, styled text, and navigation features) regardless of the computer system on which it is viewed. Because they are platform-independent, PDF files are often an effective way to send documents over the Internet.
