2, 2009 (CENS)--China's Department of Commerce has announced it will continue imposing anti-dumping tax on imports of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) originally made in the U.
PVC can be found in or on many back-to-school products, including lunch boxes, binders, backpacks, clothes and art supplies.
