paperless office

Office that functions without the use of paper. The idea is that, through the use of information technology, networked computers, video conferencing, and other communications technology, the need for paper can be eliminated. The idea of the paperless office was pioneered in Scandinavia by Danish businessman Lars Kolind in the audio technology company Oticon.
