Paulus, Stephen (Harrison) (1949– )| US composer. He is best known for his operas. He studied at the University of Minnesota with Dominick Argento and founded the Minnesota Composer's Forum in 1973. He was composer-in-residence with the Minnesota Orchestra 1983–87, and with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra 1987–91. |
