pickling

Method of preserving food by soaking it in ethanoic (acetic) acid (found in vinegar), which stops the growth of moulds. In sauerkraut, lactic acid, produced by bacteria, has the same effect.

Consuming sugars, starches, alcohol (beer, wine, liquors), fermented foods, pickled foods, vinegar, L-Glutamine, sweets (even raw fruits) usually increase the symptoms by providing food which helps the yeast organisms grow and multiply.
