Pinkham, Daniel (1923– )

US composer, organist, and conductor. He studied with Walter Piston at Harvard and with Nadia Boulanger in Paris. He was music director of King's Chapel, Boston, from 1958.

Works Opera the chamber opera The Garden of Artemis (an arrangement of The Beggar's Opera, 1956).

Orchestral four symphonies, two violin concertos, concerto piccolo (1989).
