Pipelare, Matthaeus (lived 15th-16th-centuries)

Flemish composer. He wrote Masses, motets, and secular works to French and Dutch texts. His motet Memorare mater Christi commemorates the seven sorrows of the Virgin Mary.

In 1498 he became master of the choristers at 's-Hertogenbosch.
