Planck's constant

Fundamental constant that relates the energy (E) of one quantum of electromagnetic radiation (a ‘packet’ of energy; see quantum theory) to the frequency (f) of its radiation by E = hf. Its value is 6.6262 × 10−34 joule seconds.
