Platt, Charles A (1861–1933)

US landscape architect. An East Coast architect (1897–1930), he created unified designs for buildings and grounds, notably at Deerfield and Phillips Andover Academies.

Platt was born in New York, New York. A painter, he became interested in architecture when he studied Italian villas in 1880.
