Pondoland

Area of Eastern Cape province, South Africa, and former district of Transkei, situated between the Mtamvuna and Umtata rivers. Pondoland borders KwaZulu Natal and is the easternmost region of the Eastern Cape province. Industries include cattle-raising and local crafts. Flagstaff is the major town.
