Pratt, Henry

Pratt, Henry (Conger) (1882–1966)

US aviator. A 1904 West Point graduate, he served in the cavalry and transferred to the air service in 1920. As commander of the Air Corps Tactical School from 1936–38, Pratt trained hundreds of aviators who would serve during World War II. He held several defence commands in the USA and Caribbean during the war. He was born in Fort Stanton, New Mexico.
