Price, Gwilym A(lexander) (1895–1985)

US corporate executive. Trained as a lawyer, he was briefly president of the Peoples-Pittsburgh Trust Company before becoming president and CEO (1946–60) and chairman (1960–63) of Westinghouse Electric Corporation. His tenure at Westinghouse was marked by the company's pioneering work on atomic energy. He was born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
