Prithviraja Chauhan III

Hindu ruler of Delhi and king of the Chauhan Rajputs, who controlled the Delhi-Ajmer region of north central India. He commanded a coalition of Rajput forces which sought to halt Muhammad Ghuri's Turk-Muslim army at Tarain.
