Quantock Hills

Quantock Hills

Range of hills in northwest Somerset, England, extending 13 km/8 mi between Taunton and the Bristol Channel. They form a series of irregular ridges, chiefly of greywacke (dark sandstone or grit) and limestone. The highest point is Willsneck (387 m/1,270 ft).
