QuickDraw

Object-based graphics display system used by the Apple Macintosh range of microcomputers. The use of QuickDraw gives most Macintosh applications the same look-and-feel. With the introduction of new versions of the Macintosh OS X operating system, QuickDraw was succeeded by a graphics system called Quartz.
