Río Colorado

River in Argentina. The Río Colorado forms the northern limit of Patagonia, and flows 860 km/534 mi southeast across northern Patagonia along the borders of the Mendoza-Nequén and La Pampa-Río Negro provinces to the Atlantic, where it forms a delta 130 km/81 mi south of Bahía Blanca. Together with the Río Grande, it is 1,140 km/708 mi long.

Río Colorado

The name of three small towns in Argentina. One is in the northwestern province of Tucuman, while the other two lie on opposite banks of the Río Colorado in the centre of the country.
