Radlett

Town in Hertfordshire, England, 6 km/4 mi northeast of Watford; population (2001) 9,950. It lies on the Roman road ‘Watling Street’, which runs from London to Wroxeter near Shrewsbury. A public school for boys was founded here in 1597. Nearby is Aldenham church, dating from the 15th century.
