Radnor

Town in Delaware County, southeast Pennsylvania; population (1990) 28,700. It is situated 19 km/12 mi west of Philadelphia. A residential and commercial Main Line suburb, it has long been corporate home to the Sun Oil Company. Several educational institutions are in the vicinity, including Cabrini College (1957), Eastern College (1952), Villanova University (1842), and Valley Forge Military College (1938).
