Kingussie

Small town and tourist resort in southwest Highland unitary authority, Scotland, situated on the River Spey, 70 km/44 mi southeast of Inverness; population (2001) 1,400. Insh Marsh, a bird reserve and Scotland's largest inland marsh, lies to the east. The town was the administrative centre of the former district of Badenoch and Strathspey.
