Ratzeburg

Town in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, 24 km/15 mi south of Lübeck, and built partly on an island in Lake Ratzeburg; population (1994) 12,500. The town is a popular tourist resort, and has a Romanesque cathedral from 1154.
