Stenka Razin

Symphonic poem by Aleksandr Glazunov, Op. 13, composed in 1884 and first performed at St Petersburg in 1885. The work contains the tune of the Volga boatmen's song Ey ukhnem.

The song hadn't even been released yet, but its melody was based on an old Russian folk song called Stenka Razin.
