Regis, Jean (c. 1430–c. 1495)

Flemish composer. He wrote two Masses, including one on L'Homme armé, songs in parts, eight motets, and other pieces.

He was choirmaster at Antwerp Cathedral and was Dufay's secretary at Cambrai in the 1440s. He went about 1451 to Soignies, and remained there.
