Hayes, Bob (Robert Lee) (1942–2002)

US track and field athlete and American football player. He was a gold medal winner in the 100 metres and 4 × 100-metre relay in the 1964 Olympics. He went on to star as a pass receiver and kickoff return specialist for the National Football League Dallas Cowboys (1965–74) and San Francisco 49ers (1975). Hayes was born in Jacksonville, Florida.
