Rocky River

River in northeast Ohio; length 16 km/10 mi. It is formed by two branches at Olmsted Falls, and flows north-northeast, through the west suburbs of Cleveland, to Lake Erie at Rocky River. The west branch rises near Medina and flows 40 km/25 mi north to the junction with the east branch, which is 53 km/33 mi long, and rises south of the Hinckley Reservation.
