The following year she made her debut at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, as the Princess in Ravel's L'Enfant et les Sortilèges, returning as Zerlina and Servilia (1988–89). She made her Glyndebourne debut in 1989, as Susanna in an ‘authentic’ Figaro and her Salzburg debut in 1991, in a Mozart concert.
