Romanian

People of Romanian culture from Romania, Serbia, Moldova, and the surrounding area. There are 20–25 million speakers of the Romanian language.

Historically the Romanians were known as Vlachs (German ‘foreigner’). The religion of the Romanians is predominantly Romanian Orthodox, though there is a Greek Orthodox minority.
