Rosemont

Town in Sacramento County, northeast California; population (1990) 22,900. It is located 10 km/6 mi east-southeast of Sacramento city centre, on the south side of the American River. It is largely residential. Mather Air Force Base is to the east.

Rosemont

Town in Cook County, northeast Illinois; population (1990) 4,000. It is situated on the Des Plaines River, to the northwest of Chicago, and east of O'Hare International Airport. There are a number of corporate headquarters and office buildings here.

Rosemont

Locality in Lower Merion township, Montgomery County, southeast Pennsylvania. Rosemont is located 18 km/11 mi west of Philadelphia, and to the north of Bryn Mawr. It is home to Rosemont College (1921).
