Chapters, which are by an international group of scientists from academia, government, and industry, were drawn from a workshop of the same name, held in Roskilde, Denmark, in August of 2003, that was part of the "Pellston Workshop Series," from the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC).
