Roth, Tim (1961– )

English film and television actor and director who has performed in a number of innovative, low-budget British and US productions. He is a favourite of film-makers Peter Greenaway (The Cook, the Thief, His Wife and Her Lover in 1989) and Quentin Tarantino (Reservoir Dogs in 1992 and Pulp Fiction in 1994).

Born in London, Roth lives and works in the USA and often plays US characters. In 1999 he made his directorial debut with The War Zone.
