Sádlo, Miloš (1912– )

Czech cellist. He studied at the Prague Conservatory, and with Casals (1955). He was cellist of the Czech Trio (1940–56), the Suk Trio (1957–60), and the Prague Trio (1968–73). From 1949 he was soloist with the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, notably in Dvořák's early A major concerto, which he edited, and the concerto in C by Haydn (which was discovered in 1962).
