Sörensen, Villy (1929–2001)

Danish short-story writer and essayist. He produced three volumes of bizarre and fantastic tales, Saere Historier/Strange Tales (1953), Ufarlige Historier/Harmless Tales (1955), and Formynderfortaellinger/Guardian Stories (1964). His philosophical essays in Digtere og Daemoner/Poets and Demons (1959) and Hverken-eller/Neither-Nor (1961) develop the line of thought originated by the philosopher Søren Kierkegaard.
