SYSTEM.INI

In computing, file used by Microsoft Windows to store information about which parts of Windows to load and how to set itself up on the PC on which it is running, for example SYSTEM.INI specifies drivers for the keyboard, graphics card, and sound card, if any. Most of the settings managed by the SYSTEM.INI file have been developed so that they can be found in the Windows Registry.
