Saarinen, Eero (1910-1961)Finnish-born US architect. He was renowned for his wide range of innovative modernist designs, experimenting with different structures and shapes. His works include the US embassy, London (1955-61); the TWA terminal at John F Kennedy Airport, New York City (1956-62); and Dulles Airport, Washington, DC (1958-63). He collaborated on a number of projects with his father, Eliel Saarinen.
