Course From its small-stream origins, just north of the New Jersey border, it flows through Upper Saddle River, the borough of Saddle River (population (1990) 3,000, in Bergen County), and other communities including Saddle Brook, flowing into the Passaic River opposite Passaic, which then empties into Newark Bay. |
