Saint-Constant

City in southern Québec, Canada, 16 km/10 mi south of Montréal, and adjacent to Kahnawake; population (1991) 18,400. It is a manufacturing and residential suburb.

Originally agricultural, it became industrialized with railway development in the area in the 1880s.
