San Francisco Peaks

Group of mountains (the Humphreys, Agassiz, and Fremont peaks) in Arizona, southwest USA. They rise above a plateau some 2,100 m/6,890 ft high, to an elevation of 3,851 m/12,633 ft. Their origin is volcanic. Situated just north of Flagstaff, they are used for tourism and lumbering, and include Sunset Crater Volcano national monument.
