Sawchuk, Terry (1929-1970)

Canadian ice-hockey player, often considered the greatest goaltender of all time. He played for Detroit, Boston, Toronto, Los Angeles, and New York Rangers 1950-67, and holds the National Hockey League (NHL) record of 103 shut-outs (games in which he did not concede a goal).
