Schein, Edgar H(enry) (1928– )

Swiss psychologist. Schein emigrated to the USA in 1939. An expert on industrial and organizational psychology, he joined the faculty of the Sloan School at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1956 and established a private consultancy to government and industry. His books include Organizational Culture and Leadership (1985).
