Seixas, (José Antonio) Carlos de (1704–1742)| Portuguese organist and composer. He was a pupil of his father, whom he succeeded as organist at Coimbra Cathedral in 1718. From 1720 until his death he was organist to the court in Lisbon, serving at first under Domenico Scarlatti. |
