Sellers, William (1824–1905)
| US manufacturer and engineer. In 1848 Sellers began to manufacture machinists' tools and mill gearing and in 1886 he formed William Sellers & Co. He developed formulas for machining screw threads and nuts, and was also director of several railroads in the 1860s and 1870s. |
