Serbo-CroatThe most widely spoken language in the former constituent republics of Yugoslavia – especially Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina – it is a member of the South Slavonic branch of the Indo-European family, and has over 17 million speakers.
