Shaw, Ralph Robert (1907-1972)

US librarian and educator. Shaw served as US Department of Agriculture librarian, 1940-54, and founded the Scarecrow Press, publishers of reference and bibliographic materials. His American Bibliography indexed 50,000 items published between 1801 and 1819.
