Symphony by Carl Nielsen, no. 3, Op. 27. It was composed 1910-11 and was first performed in Copenhagen on 30 April 1912, conducted by Nielsen. The slow movement (marked ‘pastoral’) includes parts for wordless soprano and baritone voices.
