Singer, June Kurlander (1918- )

US psychologist. She did graduate work in psychology at the Jung Institute and conducted a private practice in psychology from 1962. She wrote several books on Jungian psychology, including Androgyny: Toward a New Theory of Sexuality (1976).

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She studied at Northwestern University and married rabbi and psychoanalyst Richard E Singer in 1939. She was associated with the Virginia Frank Child Development Center in Chicago.
