Skye terrier

Breed of short-legged terrier from the island of Skye and adjoining areas of Scotland, bred originally as a killer of rodents. Its long, thick coat may be black, grey, fawn, or cream. It is about 25 cm/10 in at the shoulder and its body is long in proportion.
